Finding Balance is the title of the first of the three large paintings to be sold. For some a special connection between the image and viewer becomes evident.

These paintings were exhibited earlier in the year as part of a series titled Whispering Reflections. A few remaining have now been added to my online shop www.etsy.com/shop/wildthymestudio

Those that know me, know the quiet life I live balancing creativity with the practicality of day to day with an energy limiting condition.

Sometimes it blows my mind! Not just the complexity of this condition, the unpredictability and the multiple symptoms but the resilience of the human spirit. The resilience residing in the Peace, the Calm and the Balance. This is my gift.

We do not need to go elsewhere to find what already resides within. Find the peace in between the breath, the silence in a still mind and the calm descending like a blanket…frustration and despair will not bring us closer to ourselves.

These larger paintings are likely my last at this scale. They took a few years to get to. Then (I believe) with a hand from the divine…meditative practice and many blessings, I created (with many physical challenges) Whispering Reflections. I’m grateful for this unlikely yet beautiful experience, the connection with nature, the creative process, viewer’s feedback and finally your contributions, thank you 🙏🏻
