The smallest etching, ‘Orfordness’ and landscape painting available
Close up of one of the large three titled, ‘Finding Calm‘

It’s a fact that I spend much of my time finding calm, peace and balance: the titles of my three large paintings.

Calming the nervous system, minimising symptoms and fatigue is the main way I can achieve what I have this year, so far. It’s tiny steps, fifteen to twenty minutes at a time and hours of horizontal time (reclined and quiet).

When I’m up to it, I love sitting in the shed looking across the garden, birds singing, the anticipation of creating. I’ve found a way to be still with it, immersed and meditative.

If you’re reading this I wish you an awesome day!
